I need lots of this!! Day 2 of crossfit, walking may be an issue in the next day or two. The paleo/primal eating is still going good. I am working on getting different ideas down for meals/snacks but doing ok so far. Todays workout hurt and I have a slight headache from it. I am not sure if it has to do with the change in eating and my body adjusting, the sun while I was working out, or the actual workout. Also I smelled of ammonia after, ewww. Off to play for the weekend, spending time with some long lost friends!!


  1. I hadn't had that ammonia smell in a loooong time until I got on the bike for hours. I almost passed out in the shower from my own fumes!

    Ditto on the roller - I'm sooo bad about getting on that thing.

  2. I don't think an ammonia smell during/post workout is a good thing (doesn't it come from burning up muscle?).....either way it makes me feel like I worked hard!

    P.S. I haven't been on the roller since this post, shame on me :<
